@pinkycolada sorry for the long delay in getting back to you. At the empire waistline where the faux wrap ties are, it’s about 13 inches when laying flat but there is some stretch so it can stretch to about 14 inches. The length of the skirt portion from the bottom of the waistband is about 25 inches. Let me know if there are other measurements you want.
