Super stylish heels with unique tassel & tie details. Black leather upper & leather sole. Great pre-loved condition, with the exception of some scuffing on back of left heel, as shown in photo. Only worn twice because the 4” heel is a bit too high for me. They look fabulous with a pencil skirt & level-up any dress. ✨🖤✨
