This has crinkles material. The ruffle at the top can be made to stay up or can be iron down. It has a tie starting on each side that can make it tighter. It is too big for me. It is a beautiful dress. It is very comfortable would be great to even wear out to dinner or any event . Length from shoulder 38” P to p flat 18 3/4 unstretched The waist not tied is 17” can cinch to your waist. I am a 6 currently 34c bra it prob would fit better a 8/10 unless your busty and broad across shoulder then could wear as a 6 It’s to big for me
