Pleather mini skirt

Ann Taylor Petite ~ Pleather pleated mini skirt ~ navy Tagged XXS but i feel like it’s bigger than that. My waist is 27”-28” and it it’s me well. Waist measures 13” laying flat, but it’s got stretch.
