Pleated striped Candies circle skirt

Used to love this one!! Worn less than 5 times and in good condition! Sometimes the pleats get a little messed up but when it's on it's not noticeable. There are little loops on either side of the waist to add a belt, or you can just cut them off! Really love the buttons down the center on the front. Elastic waist in back makes it a typical small with a little bit of room to stretch if needed!
