Pleated skirt

This cute skirt is made out of thinly pleated fabric. It’s a vintage piece and missing the size tag. My fertile is that it’ll fit a medium to large size. There’s plenty of give because of elasticized waist and pleated fabric. Measurements Waist flat and relaxed 16” Length 28”
