Pleated paisley knee length skirt

Elegant pleated paisley skirt. Simple elastic waistband measured flat relaxed is 13", fully extended 17". Length is 21". Has never been worn, but it got a bit rumpled in my closet due to pleating. # 1 photo most representative of color. Ground color is more tan than yellow.
