Pleated layered mini

Banana Republic black mini with pockets. Skirt is layered fabric with pleat detail on front - key thing here, at least for me, was that the pleats begin slightly below the waist, so you avoid looking like a balloon. Pleated skirts that come out from the waist can be less than flattering. Not the case here, the flat panel definitely helps define the waist and hives a flattering shape.
