nital428 Correct, it’s pleated at the bottom and leather on the top. I am size four and it fit me well. It went slightly below the knee. I am 5-3 in height.

nital428 @amg1011 yes it does. You cannot iron it directly, but can it in the bathroom when you shower so the steam would help. I had it wrapped in a drawer before taking a picture hence it’s wrinkly
