Pleated Skort by Izod

Plaid self belted, pleated skirt by Izod....but one of the best features is the built in shorts! Side zipper. Classic school girl style. Size 14 but has some stretch. Like new condition, some of the back pleats haven't had the makers threads snipped yet (see photos) laying flat measures: waist = 18" length = 19"
