Pleated Chiffon Halter Neck Formal Gown

Comes with wrap! I wore this dress once as a bridesmaid but it can be used for any event (prom/school dance/formal event/etc). In almost perfect condition - there’s only a couple of spots on the hem but you can’t see them at all once the dress is on! For reference, I’m 5’6” and the dress was perfect length with a small heel (I think I wore like a 2” or 3” heel) and I normally wear around a size 12! Cindy USA Style #1395
