I take special care with each item that I sell. I really want my buyers to be happy for shopping with me, so it's disheartening to receive low ratings for issues beyond my control, like: *I shipped your package right away, but the post office is slow, or there's a holiday. *The dimensions of the item that you purchased are exactly as stated in the description, but you aren't happy with the size. I am doing everything possible to provide you with a good product and service. Please be fair.
