arechiga16 There are many scammers and sometimes buyers lie about about stuff like if it's authentic or not. They lie because they didn't like it so they want to make you think it's fake.

linzie29 @arechiga16 well what happened was I bought that navy Michael Kors purse from someone offf of Poshmark for almost $200 and I used it for about a month and then I went to sell it on here, I sold it for only $40 and now the buyer is saying that it is fake and that I scammed her and I feel terribly I had no idea that it was fake because

linzie29 @arechiga16 1. I would have never spent that much money on it and 2. I never would have sold it so I'm just kind of upset and weary about this app now because I don't want to be banned from the sight or get in trouble I was not aware. Then I went back in my purchases and the person I bought it from no longer has an account or they must have blocked me so I got scammed bad and I feel bad for my buyer

arechiga16 Whoa!! If you get it back just look for the serial number and google the number and see if similar or like purses show up in the mk store

arechiga16 I know when I first started selling on Poshmark I got scammed because I traded and I lost my merchandise and never got anything back. What I did I called the police department in her town from my police dept and filed an official complaint and she had to send me the stuff we were trading and they gave her a fine to pay to the courts for victims rights.

linzie29 @arechiga16 I wish I could do that!! I don't even remember where she was located :( I think it was like LA or something. But like I said I just feel bad for my buyer I contacted Poshmark and asked if they could expedite her return label and refund because I feel so terrible
