vittoriaclosetx @jklrocks I hope you don’t mind, but I also took this. The only offers I get are low ballers 👎🏼 I even counter offer (which isn’t even higher than what they offer) and they still turn it down. I think my listings are pretty reasonable and made it know that I would be willing to negotiate at a fair price.
