poshdarlene Lowball Offers are declined. These are my personal items already significantly discounted from a Smoke and Pet Free home. Please be kind and respectful. Instead of Ignoring, or “Ghosting”... Use the Repeat Negotiating Technique; take it to the end so the transaction “completes” rather than gets “stuck” waiting to expire.

It’s still available and you really need it so you decide to make another offer. - You offer $40, and I counter $45, and you immediately understand this is as low as I’ll go. - You politely & quickly counter $40, I immediately understand that’s as high as you’ll go... - I can either accept or politely, and quickly, decline.
