I swear like six months ago I was tolerant, patient, kind and sometimes I just don’t even know why I get so upset so quick but I think we just get worn down from people because for me right now this is partially my livelihood.i do try and remind myself that some of them are just ignorant and unsure and they trying to be Treat us like dirty street vendors at a flea market... 😬🤐🙇🏻‍♀️

maiden84 @marketnoir Once I got asked if an item would fit in a pouch i was selling. To which I wanted to but didn’t tell her to get out a measuring tape and she’ll know the answer— rather just google it— and then once I replied yes she then asked me if i could use my own earbuds and my own car key— put it in the pouch— take a picture //and post it…so she knew for sure lol 🤯 ;p

prposh I posted a brand new pair of Chanel earrings that were a gift. They had the tag on so I looked up the price and they're $1,500. I posted them over half off just to gauge interest. This one girl offered $100, meaning I get $80. I declined. She then offered $100 again. Either people have NO idea of the retail price/value of high end designers or they're just cheap/stupid and think they're entitled to luxury for nothing. I'd give these away free before I would accept $80. Love your closet BTW!

I have encountered that TOO many times and really had to hold back or else I would just school them - and well I like to be nice lol but people push you on here ! I want to ask if this appears to be a flea market they are shopping at or if this was an in person transaction would they really be offering me something so low. Then some people are just ignorant to the reality so I try to educate them - gently lol

prposh BTW, I have sold a lot on this site, all authentic, and literally stopped for a year because of stuff like this. The catty arguments, the disrespect, the ignorance. So I feel your frustration so much! I just started back this week and I am just blocking anyone who lowballs or is rude. I had one girl spam my listings claiming they were fakes when they were CC items I bought at the Chicago Chanel store, LOL. Jealous haters.

prposh @maiden84 What also is annoys me, is that we spend so much time researching the values of our items, whether appreciated or depreciated, and post fair prices while also taking into consideration that Posh takes 20%. I think buyers forget that Posh takes a huge cut. It is something I will never understand. I could never be rude like some of these offers are. They are outright offensive!

prposh @maiden84 Here’s a new one... My new CC earrings that were getting the low ballers was reported for being fake. RIGHT AFTER I declined all offers and put a disclaimer in the description about how offensive it is when these are brand new with tags and they expect me to accept $100 ($80) for them. Why did I come back again? LOL.

chinchoscloset So glad I came across this. Today is my first day selling and I’ve been sort of taken aback by the offers I’m getting. At first I was like, wow are my prices ridiculous? But then I saw this and was like nope, they’re less than going rate. Now I’m thinking of going to their closets and offering less than 60% 😂🙈
