sweetestcupcake @emiliaevans87 Do you have hard water? if so you may need to pour white vinegar in it and let it sit to dissolve the mineral deposits. also can try hitting it on the side to see if it knocks some lose afterward.

sweetestcupcake @emiliaevans87 one time very briefly but I smacked the side of it and it worked again. They say to only use distilled water in things so there's no chance of mineral build-up.
