How do you put this on a car ? Does it have instructions or should I go to a car dealer to have them do that for me.

@jaclynjensen30 ... its attached with screws or bolts ... You may have to drill pilot holes for the screws or bolts. Best to get someone with knowledge or any mechanic can do it.
