Hi there! You just rated a dress that you bought from me at 4 stars. You mentioned that shipping was slow and I was unresponsive. The item and packaging were dirty and not good. I’m sorry you felt that way. I was never asked any questions and am not sure what you feel I was unresponsive about. You ordered on Saturday and I shipped on Monday, well within Poshmarks time frame.

The item was new with tags and came directly from loft
To me and then to you. It was wrapped in tissue paper with a ribbon. Any feedback on what you felt wasn’t up to par would be greatly appreciated as I always want my customers to be happy
