ericaaowens do these run narrow or wider around the strap ?

shellzz1357 @ericaaowens they're about 3" across maybe three and a quarter and that's the plastic piece when I bought them they hadn't been worn a lot and I haven't worn them so it's possible that after you wear them they could stretch out a little bit. but I thought they were pretty comfortable.
