A Vintage, limited edition, Collectible "Beauties of the Red Mansion" Plate * produced by Imperial Jingdezhen *Hand painted by artisain is Master Zhao Humin. T *Porcelain plate is stamp marked in Chinese characters and dated 1986 on the bottom. *Item is: 8-1/2" dia. x 1" high COMMENTS: This is one of a 12 piece vintage set produced in the mid 1980's. The series was limited to 115 firing days then production was stopped. This plate was made in China, and sold through the Bradford Exchange. This plate is from the series titled "Beauties of Red Mansion" and is based on the classic Chinese novel, A Dream of Red Mansions by Hung Lou Meng in the 1700's.
