ninfa100 Sorry I am not seeing any info about these except that they come with a charger. Assume these are used? how old are they and what model?

kcoltx Hi, Mary! I received these, but they aren’t charging for some reason. Did you happen to try charging them before you shipped them? Thanks so much! I have this same model, so I know how they’re supposed to light up once they’re plugged in, but they’re not doing that.

mary_robbins @kcoltx Hi, oh no I’m so sorry about that! Yes, I did give them a charge before sending and saw the light go on. I wonder if something weird happened in shipping. Are you able to request a refund from Poshmark?
