Plant (not sure what type)

The plant thrives in moderate temperature. Didn't die when I left it in my home without the heat on for 4+ days. Needs water once a week or when the top soil is very dry. Needs moderate - low sunlight. I'd suggest you leave it near the window even when there is no sun out. Bought it 7 months ago. In a very good condition.
