Plain navy blue puff sleeve dress

Very comfortable puff sleeve modest dress from Down East. Feels like a tshirt dress but can be dressed up or down very easily. Looks elegant to wear as business casual, or just fun day outside with sneakers. I’m 5’7” and it hits a little above the knee. Fit a little snug on me and took too long to return so never worn!
