katiefae24 @alyssaanne6 yes it is stretchy and laying flat without stretching it is about 17 inches and when stretched about maybe 2 more inches of wiggle room, it also has a tie in the front as well! In great condition since it was barely worn! The elastic band runs in the back and the front doesn’t have it. I hope this was helpful for you 😌
