agauth79 @pistolpaknmama it measures about 15.5" flat across. There is a little stretch to the fabric in the waist, so it has a little bit of wiggle room.

agauth79 @pistolpaknmama but it's not a lot of stretch, could maybe get to 15 and 3/4" on waist with the stretch. It is lined and has a side zipper. Hope that helps :)

agauth79 @seangregory sorry for the delay; measures 15" at the waist, but it does normally sit a little higher waisted than the photo shows. There isn't much stretch, though.
