Plaid hip-hop costume

A cute handmade white and plaid hip-hop costume. Dimensions on the top - the rib cage is 21 inches and the part that goes around the neck is 15 inches. The skirt is 22 inches around the waist but it can stretch out a lot and the straps are 22 inches but can also stretch a lot. The length of the skirt is 9 inches but including the mesh it is 11 inches. The undershorts are 24 inches around the waist.
