Plaid Madras Linen Blend gathered Arm blouse XL

NWOT This is a custom made top I had made in Vietnam based on the white top pictured. it has a waist/hip tie that I had added. the sleeves are gathered with elastic. Very oversized. I have ended up not wearing it due to the fabric being heavier than I expected for a hot NY summer. it's some sort of linen blend super cute! approx 27" wide 27" long
