Plaid empire waist petites red mini dress

A short red plaid Boohoo brand mini dress with cap sleeves and a black collar. Thin, soft and stretchy material. Washed and worn a few times. (I shrunk it, so it now has a very petite fit and is quite short.) Marked size 6; could fit one size smaller or larger too.
