Plaid belted office dress, empire waist, viscose

Size S Plaid belted dress, empire waist, viscose with acetate lining, great with a blazer. Fairly lightweight material. For reference, I am 5' 4", size S top and M bottom, or size 4-6 at Express. 1st & 2nd photos should be true to color. It's a lot of cadet blue and olive green with yellow accents.
