Plaid Skort size medium

EUC Plaid skirt with pearl buttons. Fully lined. Buttons have fading as seen in pics. Size medium but in my opinion fits more like a small. Measures 13.5 at the waist lying flat across. Perfect for fall fashion with boots or tights. Doesn’t have a brand bought at a fashion store in San Diego.
