Plaid Skirt and Black Stretch Tee

The skirt is NWOT's I should have worn it at least once when I could still fit it. It is by Luigi Botany which I have no clue about the brand, but I purchased it at a small boutique in LA. It has a zipper and can be worn high waisted. The top is a super thin black tee in a size 12 (euro).
