This comes with BOTH the top and the skirt.

I bought this set at Zara in Japan in 2019. It's so adorable with lovely picnic pattern and plaid stripes. Skirt was too big for me.
The condition of the item is displayed in the photos. The one with the model is not mine however. It's in excellent condition, but the fabric has some texture to it which is the style hence the "pulls" as displayed in pics.
Picnic aesthetic, reminds me of reformation, princess polly, ariztia..

@desireebak hi! it measures 12.5 inches across (measured flat)
I recommend checking Zara's sizing guide as well to see the measurements for their size XS
for reference, I have a 22 inch waist, and this didn't fit
