Plaid Pleated Kilt Skirt (UCR / UC Riverside)

Pleated kilt skirt with the official UC Riverside blue plaid. From the school store. Originally $60 and still has tags, never worn aside to try on. It’s secured by velcro and has elastic in the back so the skirt is adjustable. It should be able to fit XS-M. But if you'd like the black velcro not to show I'd say the skirt leans on the smaller side. (I'm a M in the pic) Has a cute pocket inside the front!
