NWT. There is stretch because it’s a polyester blend but the pattern does do that fade thing when stretched too much. Mini fit. Plaid is black, white, and burgundy. Bust- about 21.5” Length - full length including the bib part is about 29” - skirt length from pit is about 21.5” Feel free to ask questions.
