Universal Thread Goods Co. (Target 🎯 brand) size small dressy rayon plaid button-front blouse / top. Resembles a plaid flannel shirt but it’s flowy & dressy, has a beautiful drape. Fabric content & care tag has been removed, so not 100% sure of fabric but feels like a rayon or polyester. Red is main color w/ navy blue & white plaid pattern.
