This skirt is amazing! The purple elastic around the waist is very stretchy and does not cut into your skin. Peachy under layer. Top layer is tulle with embroidered pixilated flowers. Scalloped lace around bottom. I would size down if available. Some embroidery is not perfect. Hole in mesh part at the bottom. Once the skirt is on this can’t be seen and doesn’t take away from the beauty of it.
