This absolutely adorable MCM vintage pixie elf and mushroom bank has vibrant colors! Hand-painted, probably made in Japan as most were during this time period. There is no stopper and shows signs of wear/issues consistent with age with paint chips (with some that have been touched up) and scratching-see photos for more detail.
