I absolutely love this top! It’s only been worn once! I bought this top at a local boutique. The name brand is Pixi + Ivy and it is a size Small. It has the most gorgeous ruffle collar too! The measurements I took (while garment was lying flat without stretching fabric): Bust: 42” Sleeves: 18.5” Length: 24” No noticeable or major flaws! Smoke-free home!
