Piper and Scoot Midi Dress

This is a like new mustard dress that I never wore other than trying on once. I'm reposhing it because I received it too late from the seller and was going to wear it to a wedding. There are a couple threads that need re-attached which are pictured. This dress is somewhat form-fitting!
