whimsical79 @shaz0913 Hi! The dress is fully lined. I’ll add a picture of the tag and a picture to show the lining. It is not transparent; the lining helps a lot, yet, darker colors would show through underneath. Material: self—100% polyester, lining—100% rayon Thanks!

whimsical79 @shaz0913 You’re welcome! Bust is 19” (measured from seam to seam at the bottom of arm holes). Waist is 16.5” but tie can be cinched to tighten waist up to a few inches smaller. Both measurements are approximate and measured with dress laying flat.
