The Piper and Scoot tag came off in the wash, but it is originally from Piper and Scoot. Very cute dress in a great green color. In good condition. Lightweight cotton material, semi-lined. In between midi and maxi length. Doesn’t touch the ground, but is longer than a typical midi. Scoop neckline with a cinch around it.
