Pinup style dress

Beautiful pinup Dress by Hearts and Roses. Black fabric with velvet print of roses and bids. Cute satin ruffles details around neckline and ties in the front. Also has a hidden zipper on the side for easy wear. This dress is brand new and never worn but no tags. It is meant to be worn over a petticoat but didn't come with one. I am including a basic leg Avenue petticoat with the dress as I bought it for this.
