Modern Pinup Style Fit & Flare Dress by iHot Dress has a polka dot bodice with black skirt, underbust seams with gathering with buttons in the middle. Cap sleeves with black cuffs. Sort of a Queene Anne neckline with a pointed collar. Waistband seams join bodice and skirt. Closure is right side zipper. Fabric is listed as cotton polyester, has a bit of stretch I would say there is the possibility of a little spandex in there as well - more in the skirt than bodice.
