Pint dress w raised petals

This Fisk’s dress is really fun to wear. It has raised petals all over the dress, front and back. Sleeves has several layers at wrist area. Adorable and it is in excellent t condition. I am 5’3 and the dress come almost to my knees. Can dress this up to wear to a wedding and wear simple to go out to dinner.
