Pinstripe Swiftie button up cut out zip up back dress

this dress is sooo cute! it is cotton. blue and white pin stripes. the front has buttons. the back has a cut out in the middle section and the top laces up. the brand is Request. It says large, but I think it is a juniors large. please review the measurements in pics. let me know if any more are needed. it does have its tag, but there is a small stain near the bottom of the front. see last pic. pet and fragrance friendly home looks like something Taylor Swift would wear
