Pins and Needles dress

Royal or galaxy blue dress with a white, beige, and black lace overlay. Brand is Pins & Needles. I think I purchased this from Francescas. The underneath dress is blue with a very soft lace overlay. Has a hidden zipper in the back and the waist is stretchy. Can be dressed up or down. No flaws
