Pinky Size Small Navy/White Floral Dress

Never worn cute summer dress, sleeveless, nylon/cotton shell (lace look) with navy polyester liner, scoop neckline. Back of dress is a true cut out, flowy bottom half. Middle is an elastic band around waistline, 35” top to bottom. This would pair great with a pair of summer sandals or wedges.
