Gorgeous, Sparkly Party Dress. Black bodice with double pink tulle lined skirt. Flowy, strappy sleeves- can wear on or off shoulders. Back zipper with hook and eye enclosure. Modest v-neck, padded chest, seamed, fitted bodice with beautiful rhinestone and netted lace detail at waist on each side. Comes to a rounded v shape at fitted waist. This dress could not be more adorable!! Twirling required! Size 3 (XS or S), Waist - approx 11" across front and about 17" in length from waist to bottom hem. There is a bit of give in the top and at waist, so probably would fit someone who is a 2-4 or 3-5. GREAT condition, worn one time. Perfect for Prom or Homecoming.
