Taffeta skirt with Grosgrain ribbon as waistband. One flower or shamrock has flaw. See pics, easy fix with black sharpie or leave. Not noticeable on back left. Measurements waist 14” Length 21” Cotton lining inside and taffeta look outside. Has pockets and side zip entry. Beautiful detail and looks expensive and could be cosplay or office appropriate. Or add lace crop top or body suit for an evening out. Lots of options.
